Who Are Your Top Five Teams From Each League? here is my pick for a OFFICIAL MINOR LEAGUE ASSOCIATION.

CONTINENTAL DIVISION (CBA)
1-Sioux Falls Skyforce
2-Dakota Wizards
3-Albany Patroons
4-Yakima Sun Kings
5-Gary Steelheads
6-Idaho Stampede

NATIONAL DIVISION (D-LEAGUE)
1-Arkansas Rimrockers
2-Florida Flame
3-Fort Worth Flyers
5-Roanoke Dazzle
6-Albuquerque T-Birds

1-Grand Rapids Flight or Hoops
2-Dayton Jets

AMERICAN DIVISION (ABA)

RULES:
1-Each Team Plays 20 Games Each within their Division, and also play each team in the other Four (4) Divisions Twice each, meaning they play a total of 48 Games outside their Division. Making this a 68 Game Schedule.

2-I beleive in the Quarter Point Rule cause it makes a specific game more meaningful, and players tend to play harder during each quarter. Just My Oppinion.

3-Play Offs: Take the Top Four (4) Teams From Each Division, and Rank them 1-20, meaning that 20 of that 30 teams make the Post Season.

You forgot the USBL which, aside from the CBA, has been around alot longer then the others and is a public company which must adhere to strict federal financial guidelines so therefore is more financially viable. And, with the exception for the CBA, have put more people in the NBA.
