I asked for updates:
Billings Outlaws (which is why it's Osceola Football)
Remove:
Charlotte Fusion
Hammond Heroes
Miami Morays
San Angelo Stampede (Needed to be removed a long time ago)
SWLA Swashbucklers (ditto)

No response as of yet.

At least Joe Newman is accessible!!!

After cool heads prevail, are they receptive to volunteer statisticians/website administrators?

The NIFL is welcome to provide a link to my rankings page...

http://home.columbus.rr.com/cfrankings/nifl.html

... if something like that interests them.

I could also tally their win/loss standings data and points for/points against, winning percentage, etc. (I have software that is already doing that, that I wrote in the Perl language) if they want and I can update the standings on a daily basis. All I need is final score data. I don't need rushing yardage data, etc.

I'm the guy that made up the story (notice how I said I made-up the story ... as humor on the NIFL message board) about standing in line at the Nutter Center and complained about the slow service caused by a few fat women wasting my time. I was promptly given the boot by the former NIFL message board moron. I think his name was Jerry.

I like the original intent of the league's website, but it looks like they're limited to what information they're given in a timely manner. There also seem to be severe limitations, in that they can't recognize Billings return to the Outlaws, etc.

Most of the NIFL news seems to come from OSC's NIFL page at http://www.oursportscentral.com/sports/?l_id=75

The indoorbowl site at http://www.indoorbowl.com/

and of course Indoor Football fan at www.indoorfootballfan.com

It would be nice if the league site would give us more timely information, but I recognize some of the hurdles they may have. I do like the stats, when they get up there in a timely manner it gives a great picture of each and every game.

Respectfully disagree. The home team can email the webmaster the final score. The score can be tabulated in some computer program that outputs a new standings data html page that can be ftp to the website.

No one has website html/php knowledge on their staff to update that stuff and post new team logo pictures.

It would be best to have a static html website without the fancy animation if you can't or won't commit to having the team logos updated daily.

Sad isn't it. That website is that league's worldwide newspaper. If the standings can't be updated on a timely basis, don't expect the Dayton Daily News to print the standings in their paper and have pictures and a writeup of Dayton games.

ummm... no part of thier site is php, just html pages. However it is Flash that needs the updating and that is a pain in that ass to update regularly.
