With all the talk about the problems with WHA2, this could be the make or break weekend for the future of the WHA/WHA2.
Discuss.

Well, as far as rules go, I think its still unlikely that the WHA will go with 4-on-4 hockey. But I do hope that their plan of eliminating the red line will keep teams from dumping the puck all the time and create more passing (wouldn't have too worry about illegal 2 line passing). Also, bring back the crease rule. I know the NHL got rid of it too increase scoring, but you can still do that with a crease rule. just have a clause in the rule where if an offending player is inside the crease (if he has a skate or whatever) a Goal can still count as long as he doesn't make contact with the Goalie on purpose.
I'm hoping this meeting will finally pin down the actual rules of this league instead of us speculating all the time.

Ya, this meeting didn't seem too accomplish much and some of the potential owners didn't even show up at all. I was hoping this meeting would bring too light a lot of issues. The only issue that is certain is that the WHA has a LOT of work to do an not a whole lot of time too do it.
