NY NJ Revolution

The first open player tryout-combine for a roster spot on the 2006 New York – New Jersey Revolution, the newest member of the Great Lakes Indoor Football League, will take place on Sunday, October 30 at Tab Ramos Sports Center, 17 Blair Road, Aberdeen, NJ, from 9:30 am – noon. Registration begins promptly at 9 am and includes a $35 processing fee payable in cash only on the day of the tryout-combine. Participants should wear workout attire and shoes appropriate for field turf. All players must be 18 and over and will be required to sign a waiver form.
Potential players will be reviewed in the following events: 40-yard dash, 20-yard pro shuttle, box drill and possibly the 225-lb. bench press. Participants will also take part in one-on-one drills against players with professional arena and indoor experience in order to properly evaluate the potential player's skill level. One-on-one drills are included in the tryout to simulate actual game situations and the results will weigh heavily on a potential player's final rating, rather than just combine results alone.
Prospective players from the NY and NJ areas are especially encouraged to attend. All potential players must tryout regardless prior professional experience.

Spreading rumors and calling scams? Accusing the Revolution of having bad ownership? This IndoorWorld guy is starting to sound like Jim Terry.

We hate to waste time as an organization on this individual, but there are issues that must be addresses
1) We are in the process of assembling our coaching staff, we presesntly have a head coach as well as and offensive line coach. I find it hard to understand that a person who is coaching a team in the AIFL (Steubenville Stampede) and kicks off in a couple of months is so concerned with a team in another league. Where's your website? Where's info on your team? Please, concentrate on your team.
2) We will be a travel team this year, whats wrong with that. The league head of the AIFL, the league your team will play in this year, had no problem having one in his league.
3) What is Mr. Terry's obsession with Mr. DeFalco? I have to admit, it's very strange. For all those out there, this man has done nothing but asked everyone he possibly can about Mr. DeFalco. I hope you put this kind of obsessive effort in your team.
4) Every workout a person attends is at their own risk and have to sign a waiver. Thats standard.
5) We are paying our players, I'd love to know where you got this info.I have have to say it's not a smart idea to write untruths about someone or an organization. You say your a reporter Mr. Terry, can you spell Libel. Be very carefu.l
6) Finally i would just like to sum up the problem that is Jim Terry. He has called our phone everyday, numerous times a day, Blocking his number and never leaving a message. He's been banned from website because he does nothing but cause trouble. I am not shocked by his statement or actions (this does come form a person who has had very questionable dealings with high school football camps, do a search, it's entertaining reading) but now it has gone too far. Again i give warning to printing or saying untruths about individuals or organizations. I strongly suggest you concentrate on your team and your website. If you have opinons, fine, hate us all you like, this organization doesn't care about your opinion, I'm sure no one does either, but the lies stop now.

I hope you have fun with your high school football camps and your AIFL team. I understand you being an agry person due to the things that has happpend with these camps and your failed attempt as a pro kicker. Being cut in the middle of a practice is pretty bad (for all those out there, do a search, his former coach was quoted as stating he was cut in the middle of the practice). Be careful what you write and say, as writing untruths will get you into legal trouble. I look forward to you continuing to call our phone over and over while blocking the number, and not leaving messages. I hope you let go of the DeFalco thing, and as for being afraid of "us", I'd love to know who "us" is. Also, good luck with your radio show, I hope you and your 8-10 listeners have fun, and i hope that makes you feel like a big shot. This is the last time this organization will entertain this "man". I hope I've helped open the eyes of those this person enjoys giving fals information to.
