The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, a normally good newspaper, writes about Armon Gilliam of the new Pittsburgh ABA team and mentions the "numerous call-ups from the ABA to the NBA" and the team playing at Mellon Arena. Has the team actually signed a lease there? I'd be surprised. I'm amazed at how often I'm seeing newspapers in new ABA cities taking the league's word for things rather than investigating.
