In a press conference held at the Resch Center this morning, the Green Bay Blizzard has announced that an investment group led by former Green Bay Packer Brian Noble has purchased the team.
“This is something that’s been in the works for quite some time,” said Noble, who is taking over as new team President. “Since my first year with this organization, we’ve made positive strides, both on and off the field, and we’re proud to take over and take this franchise to the next level.”
“One of the most important things you can have in this business is continuity,” said Noble. “This is the first year that we’ll have the same Head Coach and General Manager from one year to the next. Everyone has at least one year’s experience here and knows what works and what doesn’t work, and as an organization that’s very important.”
