Chicago rush why some games on (cable only and SD only) CLTV and not CSN / CSN + HD.

CSN / CSN + is wider and on more systems and it's in HD and is also on Directv.

The CLTV games are in HD but no system has it in HD. also AT&T, dish , directv, and Wow do not have Cltv.

The odd thing is CSN + uses the CLTV slot so why not just have the games on CSN / CSN +.
