The PASL-Pro league has announced that the Omaha Vipers have left the MISL after only one season and will be part of the 2011-12 PASL-Pro league.

I wonder if the MISL-USL merger had anything to do with it?

It's too bad the MISL/USL and PASL-Pro can't get together in some way.

^^yeah. we miss our rivalries with the tacoma stars & the san diego sockers back in the 1980s. it would really be nice to see all of this renewed..

They will be shortly joined by another MISL team with a long legacy.

Why are these teams choosing to leave the MISL? When you talk about a league that's travel-friendly, the MISL is the best!! The Omaha Vipers would've had teams in Kansas City, Minneapolis, Chicago, and Wichita. It doesn't get any better than that.

Looks like the team hasn't announced yet. In case they have changed plans or something I will hold off on releasing the info.
