I've heard the NIFL is attempting to improve their league, beginning at the top. They might have realized their own lack of leadership ability so they're seeking a real professional to turn the NIFL around.
Ex-FEMA Cheif Michael Brown is rumored to be atop the short list for the job.
Sad part is he'd do a better job than what they have got now! Not sure Brown would be organized enough to rip people off.
