I believe the XBL morphed into the Carolinas Basketball League for one season, but it sort of faded away. There had been talk of starting a women's division of the CBL, sort of like the EBA. The CBL had a web site at www.geocities.com/cblhoops, but I don't think it has been updated lately.

Mr. Jordan is coaching men's basketball and soccer and is the AD at Statesville Christian, in Statesville, NC north of Charlotte.

Ah, the XBA. A formula for failure, they expanded to the Midwest and had a team in the city I live in (Fort Dodge). Strangely I moved to Columbia,SC (which also had a team) and I still never saw a game. I wanted to see my home town play and I probably would have if they didn't split into the MBA and the CBL. Both leagues ended up dead. If anyone has a site that I can go to find more info about the XBA/MBA/CBL please tell me.
