What ever happened to the good old days when the NBAs idea of development was signing someone to a series of 10-day contracts to fill in for an injured player?

It doesn't matter who's affiliated with whom... the NBA's going to do like they always do, sign CBA players to 10-days and keep their "bonus babies" in the D-League.
