He is human debris. He is a piece of garbage and he needs to be suspended for a long time after the BS stunt his pulled in Oklahoma City on Sunday. Bush league punk!

Are you able to add a little insight to this?

They didn't show it on B2, but off-camera after the game he went over and kicked an injured Bricktown player and pushing and shoving on both sides ensued. The announcers were calling for him to be kicked out of the league.

So you found a way to use your "human debris" line. That's great...haha! He didn't kick an injured player. Way to add a little drama to the story. He was hit and/or shoved in the back by someone from the other team who had been talking massive trash all game long. If you were hit in the back by someone that you were actively talking trash with all game you might respond negatively as well. What the league should do is give an immediate drug test to all parties involved and then we can see who the angels really are.

Announcers on B2 are the one's that said he did the kicking. They didn't show it since it happened off-camera, they just showed the scrum aftermath.

How about you ask him this (http://offender.fdle.state.fl.us/offender/flyer.do?personId=47084)next time you see him.

Not to mention your boy was punished by the league for his little kicking incident. Again, I say it. Debris.

Plus it's not like I dug for this. All I did was Google his name and that was the FIRST result.

Ok I have ran sports franchises in the past and we always did background checks. If a guy did something really bad like dv, robbery, assault, etc. we would sit down with the person and discuss what they went through to remedy the situation and how they are different now. What he did at age 19 does not necessarily mean that he is the same person today but I can honestly say that we would not have even sat down with him. Even at age 19 you should inherently know that confining and doing god knows what else to a minor female against her will is wrong. Yes kick him out of the league and find out why the hell he was ever allowed into it.

Oh come one! These minor leagues are stock piled with thugs and criminals... people who could not pass a drug test if given a years notice. I could go on but I'm tired and will save the rest for the next dumbass reply. "How did he get in?" Are you serious?

Mrs. Mayock you missed the point. We ran back ground checks and this would have shown up and he would have been disqualified. Now considering you have shown me disrespect and broken decorum I will simply do my best to see that scum like you is removed from the boards. We dont need more sam hills and jim terry's. Paul get him out of here. He is a brand new poster and has broken board rules. Remove him. Thank you.

Let's tone it down. We can argue the point without attacking each other.

Ok...Mrs. Mayock...good one! In your post you said that you would sit down and have a discussion with drunk drivers and armed robbers and people who commit assault crimes to discuss how they have changed. How do you get to judge which crimes are worse than others? All I did was respond to your post. If you don't like what's said in a response I don't know what to tell you. Using the word "scum" sure is respectful and full of decorum. I don't know who sam hill is or jim terry.

First, you broke decorum by swearing and referring to my comments in a degrading manner.
Second, I referred to you as Mrs. because you flew off the handle like a menstruating teenage girl. I used a formal introduction because I was trying to be polite to the one who was obviously ragging.
Third, robbery and/or theft can be done out of necessity or because one is in the wrong place at the wrong time. Domestic violence can occur because someone blacks out and or loses temporary control. Assault can be brought for different reasons in different states. We sat down with people for multiple types of offenses because we could not be sure about the circumstances surrounding the case.
Blakely is in an entirely different league. His act automatically indicates wanton disregard for another human being, disregard for reason, and perhaps pre-meditation. He wasnt 18 and accused of getting a hummer from his 15 year old girlfriend. He was charged with unlawful arrest of a minor female. He held a person against their will and forced them to engage in sexual acts. That is not a spur of the moment mistake. To add to it he also has a domestic violence conviction. The dv could be a one off mistake. If it appeared to be we would have sat down with him to see any steps he had taken to prevent it from happening again. If it had only been the dv we would have done that, but it wasn't.
There are three unforgivables in human nature. True sex offenses, such as Jermaine's, murder, and those involving financial schemes such as fraud or major embezzlement. These crimes show outright disregard for human life and dignity because there is a conscious effort to deprive another human being of both.

Uh...ok! The use of the term "menstruating teenage girl" is kinda unneccessary huh? My only point has been that no crime is any worse than another. I am pointing this out only to say that there are a lot of guys in these leagues who could be pointed out as not fit for the league. Why just pick on this guy? You are saying it's ok to beat your wife or girlfriend and steal from people. Not trying to be disrespectful but I just think thats a ridiculous argument. I didn't get the memo from the man upstairs about the three unforgivables in human nature. Sounds more like the prison rules to me.

That's an awfully broad blanket to throw over the term "Crime."

Some most definitely are worse than others, but that's only my opinion and too long of a debate to get in to so I'll use a brief example.

The man upstairs did list some, not all. Each jurisdiction decides what a "Crime" is and the punishments are vastly different.

Stealing a loaf of bread to feed your family is a "Crime", is it as bad as being a mass rapist and murderer? Yes, some crimes are worse than others.

Just saying.......

To shed some light on the subject, Blakely's offense happened while he was in high school. Because the victim was a minor and the felony charge is the reason for the sex offender registration(Florida law) no sexual misconduct and no time served. This is the reason why Blakely, a highly recruited athlete out of high school ended up at Stillman college instead of Div.1. He does have a bad temper no excuse for his actions. Not the first time probably wont be the last. Some coaches look the other way because he is such a difference maker on the field. Guys playing at this level you see stuff like this alot. After all there is a reason these guys are playing at this level and not on Sundays.

Mayock it is obvious that you do not know how to read. I never once said it was ok to do harm to anyone. In fact one player that we barred from our team was involved in one domestic incident prior to trying out for us. We sat down with him, went over his treatment and present lifestyle, and determined to give him one chance. Two days later he was arrested. His situation just went sour instantly and he overreacted. He was not convicted but his temper was a liability. I hated that because he was a good player and was otherwise a stand up guy. He helped us find quite a few other players that we had never seen or heard of before. We just had to let him go.

Ok...I can't read. That doesn't make any sense at all. Are we talking by phone and I don't know it? Ridiculous. Anyway, you have been very long winded in making excuses for certain offenses. I'm sure you did your homework when you were running a team. Don't dispute that. Again just asking why one thing is so much worse than another. You really don't have to respond. You think what you think and I think what I think. Agree to disagree on this one.

Very good response and makes sense but jwalters has specifically compared sex offense to domestic violence, robbery and assault. These to me are all bad ones.

I made no direct comparison. Yes, they are all bad and warrant investigation but my point has been made clear. There is obvious premeditation in this particular sex offense. I didnt even say that all sex offenses would automatically bar a player. For instance Koby and the "rape" charge. Jonathon Beasley had a similar bogus charge when he was at Kansas State.
You really think holding a person against their will and doing unwanted sexual things to them is no worse than simple assault or a spur of the moment domestic incident. My God do you have any idea how sick that is. This is coming from a person that has been physically assaulted and suffered domestic violence I would rather be hit, spat on, and stabbed (all things that really happened to me) than have a 300 lb person keep me locked away, prevent my escape, and then violate my human dignity further by forcing themself upon me. Sorry just based on personal experience the Blakely incident is worse.

It's obvious you didn't see what happened. I did. I have front row seats. Blakely had been thugging it up all game as it was. How do you suppose the Brawlers player had been talking trash "all game" when he was injured and not on the field? Our guy was shaking hands and Blakely was all pissed off and wouldn't talk to anyone. Our guy didn't hit him in the back, he tapped him on the shoulder pads and turned to walk off. Blakely didn't target him cause he was injured, he targeted him because he was close and Blakely is a douche.
