What would be some good tips of how to own a franchise no matter how big the league is or not and choosing the cities where you want your teams to play in. I know Chad Dittman (the owner of the Corpus Christi Hammerheads of the NIFL) and I told him that I had the same dream of owning a football league and bringing a football team to a particular city like how Chad Dittman brought football to Corpus Christi and said "not to give up on your dream and start believing that you can achieve that goal". I took his advice and have been thinking of ideas of sports names and stuff like that and is hoping to work on a semi pro franchise if I ever get the chance. My main question is what are the first steps to make that dream a reality? That's all I wanna ask.
