Has the ABA changed its franchise fees at all this year? I believe that it was $10,000 last year to own a team.

Heard a comment from a friend when I mentioned that Eugene got an IBL franchise.

Talked about a rather large ANNUAL franchise fee and another payment that balloons for the third year.

Don't be surprised if the IBL manages through 2006, but has a difficult 2007... OR don't be surprised if the franchisees wrestle control from the originator, which is about the only way I can see paying as much as was quoted to me for even one year.
