Amarillo and San Angelo

So rumor has it the new Pecos League is the high bidder on the auctioned off Amarillo team and lease, this would really be a huge pick up for that league. Also if and seems like when Amarillo is officially out of that sinking ship United League, what then happens to the remainder of the teams namely San Angelo? Without Amarillo the league will and has to fold, even tho knowing those people they will wait til April to officially end it which isn't fair to the other teams and all those players.
We Know Laredo is gone they will join the AA in 2012 with new stadium, Coastal bend is done, so bad attendance nobody wants them. But what about Edingburgh and Rio Grande? the AA Golden and Pecos should all be in on San ANgelo

"If" that is true, it is a stop-gap measure and the AA and Atlantic League are waiting for the new Amarillo stadium to be built downtown and don't want to do anything to prop up the crappy stadium as it exists.
That town wants out of Potter County Dilla Villa and for the support they've given deserve better. To be blunt, that facility sucks.
