Nothing really to say, just tired of the league-bashing thread. Want to get back to football. Sheesh! There does happen to be a champisionship game coming up.

Not to bash, but was emailing someone yesterday and comments made back and forth to the tune of it appears few care about the championship games other than the fans whose teams are playing. That is sad.

I will admit that I sometimes enjoy the drama of the off field more than what may be happening on the field and tend to forget some are actually interested in the games. My bad and I apologize for it. Good luck to all who are going for the ring over the next two weeks.

Yeah - there was a lot more buzz about the old NIFL games. Of course, the NIFL had a fan message board where fans could talk to one-another. The CIFL fans still (well, what's left of them) get more excited about the CIFL game than we see here.

Neither of their two games ended terribly close (though the LA win was 36-28 after three quarters) - Columbus' history is pretty strong, but they've lost home playoff games, while Louisiana has been exceptionally strong in the playoffs since Shiver left a management post. Columbus is the better team, probably, but not by enough to overcome this if Louisiana comes hunting for bear. I do think it's going to be a fun one.

I will be out at the tailgate area too, Meeting and hanging out with the fans is one of the things i enjoy the most! I am sure i will be the tall over dressed one there for the tailgate party!

Well its about 5:40 game day... and I am awake drinking coffee anxiously awaiting the rest of the family to get up and get their morning started, so that we can get on the road.

I can't wait to meet everyone, I will be the guy in the Purple and Silver Swashbuckler Jersey #15 "Piper" is the name on the back and it will have autographs all over it, its from our first championship. I am excited to get to travel to a new place and watch my Bucs blister a$$! Win or lose, this will be a good game and in my eyes, there are no real losers on the field.
