Well you might not get a real team but you can create and play with an online team. If you want info on this send me a message.

If you want your online team to be like the NIFL, you don't even have to pay your players and staff what the NIFL contract states. As a president you too can play stupid and lie to the media about things.

I think Seattle would be a great place for an AFL team and they can possibly play in KeyArena which is the home of the NBA Seattle SuperSonics.

Key Arena is specifically designed to be less than accomodating to the hockey setup. There's only 11,000 usable seats for hockey and indoor football. Relate this to rumors about Vegas moving or folding... close to the same issue.
However, rumors of Howard Schultz looking for a new arena in Seattle continue. There will also be a measure on the ballot in Tacoma for Dome renovations this fall, though it appears that the proposal may not be enough to actually attract AFL. The more I think about it, however, Tacoma might be a better choice.

I can't think of a better place for AFL football in Seattle than the KeyArena, unless you're willing to consider the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma.

What's wrong with KeyArena? I thought it was built in 1995 and is located in Downtown Seattle.

12,000 has been widely believed to be the break-even point for profitability in AFL.
If a Seattle team can't put 12,000 people into the building they're playing in, they probably won't make money... or the team will stink, meaning they probably wouldn't have a problem with sellouts playing in Everett. Never mind the location of Key Arena, just remember that 6,000 seats they use for basketball are removed for hockey and other events using that layout. Frankly, I tend to believe the upper deck at the "cleared" end actually hangs over the hockey surface, meaning that they either couldn't put the net/goalpost structure up at that end, or the field would be even shorter.
For that matter, Seattle is about as front-running a town as you'll ever see. If you don't put a good product out there right away, it won't happen. They'll just as soon go to U. of Washington Crew regattas.
