Heard that at the Bucs-Wildcatters game Saturday that the Lafayette PA guy called out Louisiana players for minor infractions such as jerseys not being tucked in and socks and such. The PA guy was doing this at the bequest of team president Ray Ronquillo, who later launched an f-bomb laden tirade at SIFL Director of Operations Robert Winfrey in front of fans, cheerleaders and kids sometime in the third quarter.
Granted, the Greenville situation is much worse, but when someone who has busted their butt like Rob has to deal with this pathetic display of arrogance ... this is just wrong, people.
Ronquillo needs to issue a public apology or accept some form of public discipline/scolding from the SIFL.
Discuss.

Agreed, I think an apology is in order, perhaps a fine.

If you are waiting for an apology that is a HUGE HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Ray doesn't think there is anything wrong with the way he acts, so he would NEVER apologize.
And fine? That's even a bigger joke. Hagar is so afraid to do anything to Lafayette, if anything he would fine himself for not having his players "professional" enough. The man can't even stand by suspensions of players and changes rules for the Lafayette arena.
Just sayin...

Okay, I'll do it then.
If I don't see a statement from Ronquillo and the Wildcatters, I'll send a letter to the editor to the Lafayette newspaper.
If I don't see a statement from the SIFL, I'll send a letter to the Lake Charles paper.
If neither side issues a statement, I guess I'll be sending two letters.
I'm not going to sit idly by and watch one of the few people who contribute positively to the sport of indoor football have to deal with this level of douchebagery.
