9. Cleveland Gladiators: 2-3 (Last Week: 12)
Cleveland won a road game at Iowa in what was the team’s second win in as many games. John Dutton’s decision-making was excellent in this one, and he threw for 355 yards and five touchdowns. Receivers Chris Johnson and Ben Nelson combined for 25 catches for 304 yards and four touchdowns. The Gladiators’ defense forced three turnovers in what was one of their better performances of 2010. Davion Mitchell had four tackles, an interception, and a fumble recovery to lead the way. Lance Witherspoon added a sack and a forced fumble. Cleveland will host Tulsa in week seven.

10. Iowa Barnstormers: 2-3 (Last Week: 11)
Iowa failed in their attempt to win three straight by losing a home game to Cleveland this past weekend. Ryan Vena only threw two touchdowns, but he rushed for four more in what was another gritty performance. Jesse Schmidt and Todd Blythe combined for 13 receptions for 252 yards and two touchdowns. The Barnstormers’ defense struggled mightily, giving up 368 yards and 70 points. Tanner Varner added another 11 tackles and now leads the AFL with 46. Iowa will travel to Chicago this weekend.
