I know its a huge long shot but I am rooting for the GUARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Everett Hawks have dominated the National Indoor Football League all season. Tonight they choked "BAD"! I don't hate the NIFL. I do hope the GUARD will win it all then leave for the AIFL. You can't buy comedy like championship teams leaving the NIFL 2 straight seasons.ANYONE WITH ME?
On the flipside I would love to see the reaction of all you indoor fans if James Shiver Jr's team wins it all.

the NIFL is often an embarassment, yes... but are you sure the AIFL is any better? Two road-only teams... ending season early...

True they did have some falts. Still better then the NIFL. At least they knew enough not to let Jodway in. He says it was a sched. thing in that interview but I heard Haines say the owners voted him out on A.F.R.
Every team made post season in the AIFL that is a big reason they cut the season 2 weeks short. Look at it this way: every team in the AIFL FINISHED THE SEASON! You can't say that for the APFL,NIFL or the UIF.Huge first season for the AIFL.

No team finished the season in AIFL and every team team did in UIF.
Name one team that started the season that didn't.

They ended their season on time. The season was lengthened at the last minute because they weren't sure they would have games to determine tie-breakers, etc. They cut it down to what it was origionally.

Um, wrong. The season was always planned for teams to have seven home games. With the road Rebels in place, that made for a 7/5 season, which is 12 games.
There were NEVER plans for a 10-game season in the AIFL.
