Very good article. I enjoy reading these.

Question in the Pacific NW. You all have been around Indoor football for a while. Indoor football is basicly new here in WA. Yakima and Everett had teams here once but not for long and folded. Do you think the two teams of the AIFA (Yakima and Wenatchee) will link up or join up with its two close Indoor neighbors in the IFL (Kent and Tri-Cities) to help reduce travel costs and form a local rivalry division? :)

Thanks

Should Happen.Won't happen.

Yakima is co-owned by Mink, one of the AIFA co-founders. Unless he sells to a local owner and that owner is wooed by the IFL, AIFA will use Yakima and Wenatchee to anchor the west.

If the AIFA is around next season maybe not but if Everett gets a team then there will be 5 Washington State teams all within easy travel of each other. That would be nice to see them all in one league. Maybe IFL?
