This could be a huge signing for Rochester. They have been weak at the four all year, starting the 6'3 Marlin Johnson at power forward for most games. Maybe this will fill the void that was left when Reeves got injured. The 'Sharks just haven't been the same this season.

He needs to play in every one of their next four games to be eligible for the playoffs. I really wonder how much he has left in the tank right now, but no matter what this is an upgrade for them. Lincoln Smith and him will make for a big front line.

Well, I guess he won't be playing here (Wilmington) this spring, unless the CBL season is going to wait until the PBL season is over.

Cedric is a good player I just hope that he has mellowed with time. He was released from the Sea Dawgs becuase of a confrontation with the head coach and then suspended from a game when he pushed a ref during a ABA playoff game when he was with the Millrats. Hopefully his fuse is a little longer now.

Last year in the PBL under Coach Kuhl, Cedric played a team game and was much more the model citizen. I think he'll be fine.

It is interesting that Cedric did not play in last night's game (according to CREZ) and this was the first of their last 4 games. Not sure why they wouldn't have had him play. Seems like he is not eligible now for the playoffs.
I wonder if it is minutes in at least 4 games? OR just being on the roster for 4 games?

Nigel Moore is a 6'5'' guard last razorsharks training camps.

No one said he was reformed. I said that he was fine here last year (and he was; check the record and the coverage in the local newspaper) and I think you're leaping to a conclusion.

If he plays here for the CBL team, I'll let you know.

You are right LM. I don't know for sure what happened. He has good skills and maybe he is a good guy now. This release may not have anything to do with him as a person or his ability.
On a more positive speculation, maybe Cedric got an offer from overseas the day after he signed with Roch. I know that this has happened before with the Heaves.
