Puerto Rico vs Vancouver

Realizing that the divisions are gone but an East West format still exists a playoff game between Puerto Rico Islanders and the Vancouver Whitecaps would have to be one of the longest around. I know that when the Montreal Expos played some 'home' games in San Juan they flew to Seattle for a road series against the Mariners and had to land in Atlanta just to refuel. Seeing as A-League teams don't charter the connections would be brutal.

The only other ones I can think of are af2 with Hawaii and Manchester New Hampshire.
