Rank the leagues

I know there was a similar topic to this a while back but I couldn't find it. If you were to rank the leagues similar to minor league baseball, how would you rank them?

Heres mine:
AAA- NBDL, CBA, ABA
AA- USBL, WBA, IBL
A- AAPBL
Rookie Leagues-SEBL, TPBL, NABL.

So many damn leagues out there, I'm probably missing a few.

here's mine, based on level of play...not organization of management, etc...

AAA...nbdl, cba
AA...usbl, aba
A...ibl, wba

AAA- NBDL, CBA
AA - USBL
A - ABA, IBL, WBA, and the Oho League if they get off the ground

AAPBL, doesn't even rank..

How can you rate the AAPBL before it even starts? Not one game or player announced yet. All talk and no action. (other than folding two teams)

Last year, I'd agree with this, I think with the new NBA deal, the NBDL will be AAA, the CBA will be upper AA, everything else the same.
