The IBL wraps up on July 9th after their 1st Championship and All-Star game. Looks like every game was played and no teams folded. I believe one team will be relocating during the off-season.

Also, I believe they will be expanding with a few franchises next season.

So, what is everybody's opinion on the IBL? Looks a little bit more stable than some other leagues.

A Des Moines Register story says a couple late season games were cancelled to save money, but it also says Joe Newman became ABA commissioner after the first two seasons. Since he has been involved since the beginning and the league has never had a commissioner, you can make what you will of the rest on the information in that story.
