The premier league in Palm Springs, Ca will be awesome and can't wait to go see the great coaches and talent that will be out there, I will skip the AWL this year as the CWL will be much better. Go to californiawinterleague.com to see more.

The AWL was the first, and is really the only off-season indy development league ever operated. I see some solid GBL names on the rosters. There's a lot of bad-mouthing hearsay in baseball circles about the league, but that's only because 80% of the guys don't get signed and chalk it up to the league. A local guy, Sergio Romo, made it to MLB with the Giants the year he pitched in the AWL.
