City of Medford Oregon

Is it true that the city of medford, oregon has a new baseball stadium either being built now or just completed?....If yes, what team will plaly there?....a professional team coming in?...I've been to the town of Bend, Oregon and it is really growing in size; is there any professional minor league going into there?....a new stadium?....I think that there's a wooden bat league sponsored by the elks that's there now; but I don't know how they do on attendance (I was told that the stadium is small and very old????)....the area just looks like it could support a small minor league franchise???????

I believe I would have heard about any stadium rebuilds or expansions in Medford and Bend. Nothing doing. Certainly not Bend.

Both markets ought to have something... but I'd put hockey in Bend. Medford WAS something of a "Friday Night Lights" town when there was just one high school.

The markets that support the Northwest League generally have better population demographics than Medford, so it's just the matter of an independent league actually making enough of a dent in West Coast consciousness to make Medford want to join.
