The Albany River Rats are kicking off their new "Northway Rivalry" with the Adirondack Phantoms on Saturday, September 26 with a free exhibition game at the Times Union Center. The game starts at 5:00 and will be preceded by "Rats Fest" (block party featuring live music, games, mascots, ice mice, etc) starting at 2:00. This is an exciting way for Captial District hockey fans to start the 09-10 season and hopefully the local fans of both clubs will come out in large numbers to get the Rats/Adirondack rivalry reignited.
