Is there any word as to wether or not the CBA is going to Inogurate another franchise this season or is Albany the only one ?
I did hear something about Rapid City. But with the news of the Base closures, ( Sounds ridiculous ) Hard financial times are in store for that city.
Were there any other Cities invoved ?
