Anyone know what the average franchise fees are for new teams in the different junior leagues in the USA ?

It depends on what league here is a few.

ushl (expanson cost $85,000)
Nahl (expanson cost $80,000)
Wshl (expanson cost $45,000)
Ehl (expanson cos $40,000)
