I stumbled upon the Big League Sports Productions LLC site with three proposed leagues listed at http://blspllc.com/services.html.

International Hockey Association (4-on-4 Hockey)
All World 6"4 Basketball League (AW64BL)
Southwest Poker League (Las Vegas-based team poker)

We'll have to see how this pans out.

Whatever happened with Revolution Enterprises [www.thesportsrevolution.com] and its proposed hockey, indoor football and lacrosse leagues?
