After reading that article, I would hope that this team has a promotional team. It sounds like their last team, the Groove, had nobody(at least that cared). I can't imagine a team in the Development league not having any fans at their games.

Its hard to tell. I pulled up the boxscores on the nba site and they seem to run between 1800-3000 for most games. Also, that was the first year when the NBDL would have games at 2 in the afternoon. What does that mean for the PBL? I am not sure, but the way the NBDL was run then may or may not be a good indicator.
