Is Fresno in real trouble?

Here is an article from the local Fresno paper. The owners just received a rent "adjustment" in November and are now asking for another. They also folded the local hockey team mid-season. I know the Giants are committed to them through next season, but this does not look good to the locals as the comments attched to the article are pretty volitale.
