In the coaching category I think Darnell Lee has a huge advantage and can accomplish a good season easier than the others. He's definitely done a great job his entire career with the `Bucs, but had a big headstart on building a team.

He coaches the only existing team while all of the others are in the midsts of an entire franchise being built. Expansion coaches do have a tougher job.

He has 14 returning starters from a back to back championship team, huge advantage that requires less coaching and installing new systems to new players.

The richest owner in the league always helps with recruitment incentives.

I'm trying to be objective so being the leagues creator isn't supposed to be an advantage.
