WHERE: Greensboro Sportsplex
FEE: $45.00 non-refundable (The first 75 paid ladies for April 23, 2005 tryout session will receive a free Carolina Cardinal T-shirt.)
REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 years old or older with Valid ID and Individual Health Insurance. No experience necessary, just a strong desire to learn the game of football
Mail in all completed forms along with copies of both Valid ID and Health Insurance card and tryout payment to:
