This announcement is also here because many of our players move up to Indoor/Arena, and vice-versa (our 2004 team had a former Nashville Kat on it).
This is to announce our promotion for the NAFL Nashville Storm Home Opener on Saturday Night, June 25. It will be referred to and promoted as "PEOPLE WHO KEEP US SAFE NIGHT".
All Military and National Guard (the 101st Airborne Division is near Nashville), Police, Fire, and Corrections/Probation personnel, by showing ID at the ticket window, will get into the game for $1.00, and will be honored by PA Announcements asking them to "take a bow".
These are the heroes and heroines of our lives, and serve to remind us that not all of our heroes are on the field.
P.S.- I HAVE NO IDEA HOW ORIGINAL THIS SORT OF IDEA IS. I DO KNOW THIS; WHEN I HAVE A PROMOTIONAL IDEA, I INVITE ALL FRONT OFFICES TO "STEAL" IT. I AM FOR THE HEALTH OF MINOR LEAGUE SPORTS EVERYWHERE.
