The Evansville Bluecats win again! Leading by as much as 24 they let Lexington back in the game in the second half by attempting to run time off the clock and changed their game plan from the successful first half. The most unlikely of scenarios then happened. Evansville turned the ball over with less than a minute to play leading by 5 and their defense had to win the game for them. The gents of the Bluecat D then stepped up and stopped Bonner and the Lexington offense on three downs inside our 10 yard line. For the second week in a row an exciting finish to one heck of a game. A question to Lexington fans... what happened to WR Spencer? He did not play tonight. He wreaked havoc on us last year, Mangrini sp? was impressive but we were able to stop him, and Cooper whom they acquired from OV may not have even made a single catch. Their running back is a workhorse, though. Enough from me what do you think, could this be the year for Evansville Bluecat fans to get some satisfaction?
