What Up Steelheads?

What up with the Steelheads org? Front office staff is down to 3 according to their website. I agree some reorginzation needs to take place but what's going on?

Three front office staffers according to the website, but the front office is more like an army of one in reality. The equipment manager manages equipment for Gary's minor league baseball team during the basketball off-season. The trainer--well, he's the trainer. I don't know about him also being a sales associate.

What's up with the Steelheads? Don't get me started, but people don't work well together here in Gary. Maybe the same holds true for other cities, but I KNOW this is the case in Gary. Too many people here are obsessed with the notion that someone else might be making more money than they are making--truly dumb stuff!

...with that said, Casino funding (taxpayer money) is drying-up for the Steelheads. The Steelheads need to learn how to be innovative and compete in our free market society.
