Do the scouts for major league baseball go through any background checks before they are hired? Before they present Lundin with an award for his signing of Chase Utley, this group should do some research on Lundin so they don't embarrass themselves later when they find out about his history in high school sports......brutal! I would recommend the same for the Phillies.
