The Los Angeles SLAM of the American Basketball Association (ABA) is proud to present their affiliate basketball team the Hollywood Jammers.
Coach Don is the Head Coach and General Manager of both the Los Angeles SLAM of the ABA and of the Hollywood Jammers of the WCBL. Coach Don just completed a successful season with the Los Angeles SLAM of the ABA where he led the SLAM to a 15th place national ranking in the ABA. Coach Don is preparing to lead his other pro team the Hollywood Jammers which is a professional basketball team presently set to begin play in the West Coast Basketball League (WCBL).
The Hollywood Jammers 2009 basketball season kicks off on Thursday night April 23, 2009 at 7:05 PM. All of the Hollywood Jammers home basketball games will be played at the historical Hollywood High School located at Sunset Blvd and Highland Ave. The basketball season will last for approximately 2 months. There will be a total of 14 regular season basketball games. There will be 7 home games and 7 away games. The away games will be played in several cities across Southern California. The cities include Newport Beach, Los Angeles, Pasadena, Ventura and Santa Barbara.
I got this off their web site. Has there ever been a team in the ABA that has played in Hollywood? And can someone explain to me how being ranked 15th in the ABA makes you a success
