The ones here make no sense and the ones at Massey's site are from last year. Will there be updated Massey ratings?

Yes, they will be updated. Results have to come in over the first three weeks or so before they stabilize. It's always best to email Mr. Massey if you see a problem with the ratings. His contact info is on the Massey Ratings site.
