How did this lawsuit end? I cannot seem to find it or any answers on line.

The last I heard, I think early 2008ish, the Indiana court had kicked it back to a lower court to rule on an issue of juristiction.

Joe mentioned it on a ABA all access maybe June 2008. All he said was words to the effect of ...........it is without merit and we will fight it vigorously

I wish Joe would put out a schedule with as much intent and vigor.
