I have not posted here in a while, but I have been reading this board for a long time. I just have this question: Why do you guys even bother? This "league" is a glorified ponzi scheme. Newman refuses to give any info to OSC. So, why bother giving him publicity? Joe must be laughing at all of you because this site gives him publicity. So, if you want him to go away, why not just ignore the ABA? Better yet, why not close the board? He'll disappear very quickly.

He won't disappear very quickly if this board is closed....You are giving this board way too much credit. This board is a small number (VERY small in the big picture) of folks who for the most part, have...or have had...some stake in the pro basketball business. This site is not giving the ABA much publicity. Most people who venture to this site are way to informed to fall for anything they say.

Do you know of any other entity that is giving Joe ANY publicity? This site is the only one that I know of.

According to Google and the US Census there are 19,355 incorporated places aka towns/cities. I guarentee each one has at least two people with $10,000. Plus if there are over 30,000 people and one succesful franchise, that means there could be two teams in that city, maybe 3.

So I don't think this site or any other site is going to stop him. Why would he end an oppertunity to some day run a league with 60,000 teams in it? Your crazy.
