Did not know of the two IBA interim coaches (Woody Charlesworth - 0-1 w/ Billings in 99-00, and Otis Hailey - 1-1 w/ Saskatchewan in 01-02).

Any chance that you can PDF scan that IBA media guide? Would love to see it, I have a PDF of the 2000-01 IBA guide in PDF form and would love to compare notes.
