Paul, when is the right time to move this ABA joke disgrace rec league away from the other legit leagues in the row....CBA, PBL, D-league, IBL.

You cant leave the ABA in the same line on OSC, Please give them a seperate line with a seperate title all by themselves.

Moving them would be illogical, as while they are the most piss-poor excuse for a league I have ever witnessed, they still are a league be purely symbolic, since they don't care if they're even at OSC, never mind their position in it be counter productive, as it would keep people from easily finding this forum and therefore the truth about the league.

If Paul Reeths was to move them to some other grouping I think it would validate some of Joe's temper-tantrums about the "unfair, unethical, mean spiritedness of OSC"

(OK, a little inside. Snow in Portland happens as often as Britney Spears having an actual thought, as often as Joe does something classy. The TV coverage would have amounted to one field reporter per flake early last week... things got ridiculous this weekend {including the weather}. Just saying.)

The message is for a1 AND Sam. I wanted to include an edited clip that made CNN showing just one of many hills where car after car tried to climb, but couldn't... perhaps would have been more relevant.

Man A1, say something we haven't heard before. When you stated that the ABA was nothing more then a league with 8 guys grabbing jerseys and traveling to locations to play other guys who just grabbed 8 jerseys to play and name the team after their city....that made sense. But this is redundant.

Cut Paul a check or buy some banner space (now there is an idea) ripping on Joe and the ABA, that would give you the right to dictate.

Granted the ABA is a mess, but this interaction does provide information we probably would not get from the league itself. Before a1sports judges, remember last year we were having ABA-type discussions about a1's favorite--the PBL. Only a few of its ten teams returned for a second season. It will be interesting to see how the 2009 franchises, many of which originated under the infamous ABA, fair this season.
