Found this football on E-bay

This football was received from Emmitt Smith in 2005 and commemorated the Jacksonville Hurricanes indoor football team, which just never caught on in our town. Still, for an Emmitt Smith collector, this is a Limited Edition ball (#250 out of 862) and says so right on the ball itself. (no certificate of authenticity needed). It is still in the bag it came in (except for the moment the photos were taken) and is in nice shape. There is a standard needle valve fitting on the ball for inflation. There are no flaws or blemishes on this item. Good luck!

Oh my... it's an AOL internal customer service center promotional item... at least, if this link is accurate... scroll to the seventh paragraph, and you find this...

This year, AOL ran a contest that pitted its domestic centers against each other. AOL used a video campaign with a football theme and assigned each call center a team name, such as the "Jacksonville Hurricanes." The top prize was a celebrity visit by Emmitt Smith, the National Football League's career rushing leader.

Thanks robster2001 :)

Wow, you never know what you'll find on e-bay or how people will try to sell it.
