FEE: $50.00 non-refundable (pre-registration is required via mail or on-line)
REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 years old or older with Valid ID and Individual Health Insurance. No experience necessary, just a strong desire to learn the game of football
Mail in all completed forms along with copies of both Valid ID and Health Insurance card and tryout payment to:
