The new ABA league offers exciting events (most of the exciting events take place in chapter 11 bankruptcy court not a basketball court) that will improve the quality of entertainment for local citizens by giving them a leisure outlet that is affordable and family oriented. The ABA league provides communities with a true national professional (what about Canada, Beijing, Bahamas Joe?) sports identity during basketball season that will bring in thousands of visitors from surrounding cities to their town. (thousands of visitors from surronding towns? Maybe he means thousands of bill collectors, bailiffs and jilted fans holding worthless tickets)
Its incredible that Stern has let this fiasco continue as long as it has. Surely to God someone somewhere can put an end to the insanity.
