Chris has done NOTHING wrong. YET, Joe is now attacking him personally. Of course Joe is lying, twisting anything he can to hurt Chris.

Please show your support for Chris, he doesnt deserve what Joe is doing to him. Its not right.

If Chris wants to share what Joe is doing its up to Chris, I wont post here.

Chris, we all stand behind you. Your a guy with integrity !

Thanks A1, it is appreciated. I am not concerned with Joe as he seems to be on a mudslinging campaign which only makes him look worse.

I presented the facts from the suit, which as I stated in the article, came directly from the courthouse. There weren't any opinions in the article, just straight fact from the suit and the exhibits that were attached.

Joe seems to enjoy using me as a punching bag, and if that is what he is going to choose to do, that is his problem and not mine.

I think the overwhelming majority of people here - and in the rational-thinking world - support Chris.

Just curious, has Joe gone public with his smear campaign? I haven't seen anything on the web in the past couple days as far as his reply.

And again, seeing as OSC is pretty much the ONLY outlet that gives a fig about the ABA, who the h*ll can Joe run to with his side of the story? Few people outside of here, or currently affiliated with an ABA franchise, care.

I'm sure we can plug in any of the post-breakup venom that Joe has spewed towards owners who saw the man behind the curtain over the years, but what, specifically, has he said?

Chris,
I support you, respect you, and will go to bat for you. It seems these days redsoxnation needs someone willing to bat for them!

Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuude, the Sox looked awful last night. I have to tell you though, the Rays are a team that can flat out hit. I was also impressed with Garza's pitching performance. When the Rays picked him up from the Twins, that was one heck of a deal. If Maddon isn't a unanimous choice for Manager of the Year than something is SERIOUSLY wrong. No one else should even get a vote.

Now, can the Rays sellout a World Series game? I still can't believe they didn't sell out the first two games of the ALCS. Now that is just wrong.

I saw it post, but I want to know if it true. Did Chris take it upon himself to send the article to all of the employees and associates of the man in question? If yes, why?

I have no idea how anyone could know all of anyone else's "associates," but I wouldn't be surprised if the author planned a follow-up and was seeking comments. Let's also remember that the accused's employees are also employees of the accusers, co-owners of the Vision.

If Kazmir can get through tomorrow night's game, then all is well. If not... well, I was at game 6 and 7 Yanks-Sox a couple of years ago so I never count the Red Sox out.

About the lack of sellouts; it is a shame, but the fans have been used to losing for a long time. Hey, Atlanta never sold out until the Series games. Of course, those covered seats in the upper deck at the Trop (or whatever it's called now) looks ridiculous.

Journalists unite! Chris - no one can bully you around this. If this was public record, then any opposition is only sour grapes. Even if you did interject opinions, that is your right as the person with the 'by-line.'

Total nonsense. I wish there was more info about the reaction. We all need a good laugh.
