When will there be an IFL Website launched for all of us Indoor Football Fanatics to check out? Since there was an original Indoor Football League at one time in football history (1999 - 2000) owned by Keary Ecklund (former owner of that league and Green Bay Bombers / Madison Mad Dogs) who sold the entire league to the Arena Football League's Orlando Predators at the time; does this mean that there will be a problem with the name of the league and its use on the web? I know that the Intense Football League was ready to use the name INDOOR FOOTBALL LEAGUE for their inaugural launch, but was forced to change their name at the last minute by the Arena Football League due to copyright infringement. See Story below:
'Intense' league name arose from rights snafu

When the UIF announced it was merging with the Intense Football League, many people raised an eyebrow on the basis of that title alone. But
there's a logical reason the Texas-based league was so named. Odessa Roughnecks owner Tommy Benizio explains:
"In 2003 (eventual Intense League president) Chad Dittman, a guy that used to work for me with a hockey team in El Paso, said he wanted to
put an AF2 team into a couple cities in Texas. We called (Dallas Cowboys owner) Jerry Jones, because he had the Arena rights to every city in
Texas.
Well, Jerry wouldn't partner with us, so we started our own league, but instead of the AFL we called it the IFL, for Indoor Football League. We
put decals on all of our vehicles, I flew into Corpus Christi, and we put all these signs and decals up, and about two hours before the press
conference we got a phone call and a faxed letter from AF2 saying they owned the rights to the name 'Indoor Football League.' Well, we didn't
have a ton of money, so we weren't going to start over with the logo, so Chad and I went through a dictionary looking for words with 'I'. We
came up with 'intense.'"
